delivery

What are your delivery options?

We use Evri and Royal Mail as our couriers. This is automatically selected for you depending on the product purchased and isn’t changeable, however, we choose the best option for you in terms of price, reliability and speed.

How much does delivery cost?

It's FREE for a limited time only

How long does delivery take?

3 - 5 working days. 

We aim to post out orders the same day if ordered before 1 pm, and our courier services take 2 - 4 working days to deliver. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will provide a delivery estimate.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer next day services at this time but we hope to offer this soon. Toodle is currently run as a side business along with other commitments, so we wouldn’t want to over-promise and let our customers down if we aren’t able to fulfil orders quickly enough.

Can I track my order?

You will receive email notifications once your order has been received and dispatched, with an estimated delivery time. 

We offer postage tracking on small parcels but not our “letterbox” parcels. Basically, if your order will fit through your letterbox (i.e. one notebook or desk pad) then it won’t have a tracking number, but any larger or multiple items will. 

We hope to offer this eventually on all or products, but as a small start-up, we are still finding our feet and exploring options. 

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your order in seven working days then please email us at hey@toodleshop.com so we can check it out. If it hasn’t been received within ten working days then let us know, and we will offer you the option of a refund, or to have the order resent. 

I don’t live in the UK, can I still order?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time, but this is something we hope to offer in the future.

returns & refunds

What’s your return policy?

We accept refunds posted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately not - with the exception of faulty or damaged products. A cost of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund. We hope to be able to change this soon as we grow as a business and are able to explore more options.

How do I return?

Please email hey@toodleshop.com with your order number and we will provide a shipping label.

My order doesn’t look right?

If there is an issue with your order, such as items missing or damaged, then please email us at hey@toodleshop.com, - if your order is damaged then please supply pictures so we can follow this up on our end. We offer the option of a refund or to resend the order.

We monitor our DM’s on our socials but it’s easy to get lost in the crowd, so if you have a specific or urgent query then an email is the best route.

Who are you?

We are Toodle,  stationery and gifts for graphic designers, illustrators, freelancers, animators, UX/UI designers and all creatives.

We’re designers and creatives ourselves and we saw a niche for products that are built with the creative industry in mind, based on both functionality and aesthetic. 

We're a very small side hustle for now, but we have a million and one ideas for products and to build a brand and community of like-minded people.

When are you getting more products?

We have tons of ideas for products and hope to release more every three months. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow our socials to keep up with the latest news and releases.

Are your products and packaging recyclable and biodegradable?

We are majority paper-based and everything can be recycled or reused, and we hope to move towards using recycled materials in the products themselves.

We will continue to continuously research and monitor our sustainability practices, and hope to have even more options available as we grow. If you have any concerns or would like more information, then get in touch. 

Can I get a student discount?

We don’t offer this currently but hope to in the near future, as well as offering products designed for students. We do have a 10% discount for new customers.
